This disclaimer of liability also applies to damages caused by failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, computer virus, communication line failure, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, or use of records.

Shipping Responsibility

www.mgrcasa.com will take full responsibility for your order if it has been shipped to major cities where our sellers use private courier companies (e.g., FedEx, Delhivery, First Flight, etc.) for delivery.

Pricing & Availability

The prices and availability of products are subject to change without prior notice at the sole discretion of MGR CASA.

Order Cancellations

Requests for cancellation of orders once placed on www.mgrcasa.com shall not be entertained.

MGR CASA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment received. The payment shall be refunded and the user shall be informed of the same.

Incorrect Delivery Information

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to an error by the user (e.g., wrong or incomplete address, recipient not available), any extra cost incurred for re-delivery shall be borne by the user placing the order.

User Information

The user agrees to provide accurate and true information. www.mgrcasa.com reserves the right to confirm and validate user details at any time. If such details are found false, wholly or partly, MGR CASA reserves the right to reject registration or debar the user from using its services without prior notice.

Fraudulent Transactions

MGR CASA will not be liable for any type of credit/debit card fraud. The liability to use a card fraudulently will rest on the user, and the onus to "prove otherwise" shall be exclusively on the user. The user must use his/her own card on the site.

Complaints & Claims

Complaints will not be entertained after 15 days from the date of delivery.

Legal Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed by the applicable laws of India. The Courts at New Delhi, Karkarduma shall have exclusive jurisdiction in any proceedings arising out of this agreement.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Partial COD amounts will not be refundable.

Assembly Services

Each assembly service purchased is valid for the assembly of a single (1) chair. For multiple chairs, the purchaser must ensure that the corresponding number of assembly services is selected.

Product Exchanges & Color Requests

Once the product has been delivered, color changes and model exchanges are not possible. If a request for a color change is made after delivery, additional charges (two-way cargo) may apply, and approval will be subject to availability and feasibility.

We request customers to carefully review product details and color options before completing their purchase.

Delivery Timelines

We strive to ensure timely delivery of all orders. Estimated delivery timelines, depending on the shipping location, are as follows:

  • Same-city delivery: Within 3–4 business days

  • Neighboring cities (South & West India): Within 5–7 business days

  • Neighboring cities (North & East India): Within 8–10 business days

  • Rest of India: Within 10–15 business days

Please note:

  • Business days refer to Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

  • Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS (if applicable). 

    Shipping & Delivery – MGR CASA

    Do you ship to my city and location?

    For a smooth and reliable customer experience, MGR CASA uses some of the best delivery partners in India, including FedEx, BlueDart, Delhivery, and Gati Couriers. These courier companies cover almost all major cities across the country.

    If your delivery address is in a rural area or far from a major city, please share your pin code with us before placing the order. For such Outside Delivery Address (ODA) locations, courier companies may charge extra delivery fees, which will be communicated to you prior to dispatch.

    What is the estimated delivery time?

    Products are typically dispatched within 2–4 business days of order confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery usually takes an additional 6–10 business days, depending on your location.

    While we strive to ensure on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances (such as courier delays, weather issues, or logistical challenges) may occasionally affect timelines. In such cases, please don’t worry—our team will keep you updated, or you can reach out to us for the latest status.

    Are there any shipping charges or hidden costs?

    No, shipping is free of charge for most locations.

    When you enter your pin code in the address field during checkout, our system will automatically let you know if we deliver to your area and whether any additional charges apply (in case of ODA / remote areas).

    How do I track my order?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Tracking Number along with the courier partner’s details.

    The easiest way to check your order status is by entering this number on the courier’s website. You can track your shipment in real-time and get the latest updates on its location.

    • Easy self-cancellation: If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, you can cancel it directly through your account page within the free cancellation window. Refunds are processed automatically within 4–7 business days.

    • Orders already shipped or past the cancellation window: A 30% cancellation fee will apply to cover shipping and handling costs.

    Returns & Replacements
